中国高职高专校长教育学术和职业背景研究——以100所国家示范院校为例

摘　　要：本研究以100所国家示范性高职高专院校校长的基本信息为样本数据,采用SPSS统计软件对受访对象的职业生涯和教育学术背景的进行了实证分析,对中国高职高专院校尤其是优秀高职高专院校校长群体的基本特征及与国内优秀本科高校、国外高校进行了比较研究,同时对高职高专院校校长的选拔、培训和发展提出政策建议。This study takes the basic information of presidents from 100 national demonstrative higher vocational colleges as sample data,and uses SPSS statistical software to empirically analyze the objects'career experiences as well as educational and academic background.A comparative research is thereafter carried out on the basic characteristics between the presidents from higher vocational colleges in China,especially from the outstanding ones,and those in China's excellent undergraduate universities and foreign colleges.In addition,policy proposals are put forward for the selection,training and development of presidents of higher vocational colleges.
