摘  要:针对瓦楞纸粘箱机在生产过程中运动过程多、控制精度高、响应速度快等特点,为了保证多轴配合运动控制、降低设备成本,采用了基于CAN和Profibus现场总线技术的国产伺服运动控制系统。系统采用西门子300系列PLC作为主控制器、合信CPU226H-CAN作为运动控制器。系统基于CAN总线技术实现了运动控制器与H2A系列伺服驱动器的数据交换,达到了对生产设备中7台伺服电机的运动控制和精确定位控制。实际应用表明,该控制系统运行稳定可靠,能够满足设备技术指标且其实时性好,能够有效降低设备成本、提高产品的竞争力。In view of the characteristics of corrugated box-bonding machine,such as many movement processes,high control accuracy and fast response speed,in order to ensure multi-axis coordinated motion control and reduce equipment cost,a domestic servo motion control system based on CAN and Profibus fieldbus technology is adopted.The system uses Siemens 300 series PLC as the main controller and Hexin CPU226 H-CAN as the motion controller.The system realizes data exchange between motion controller and H2 A series servo driver based on CAN bus technology,and achieves motion control and precise positioning control of seven servo motors in production equipment.The practical application shows that the control system runs stably and reliably,meets the technical specifications of the equipment and has good real-time performance.It can effectively reduce the cost of the equipment and improve the competitiveness of the products.
