“双一流”建设背景下打造高校管理类“金课”的教学思考

摘　　要：2016年中国政府启动了针对高校改革的"双一流"建设,全国各高校为均为此进行不懈的努力。2018年教育部召开了改革开放以来第一次新时代中国高等学校本科教育工作会议。针对管理类课程"万金油"的特性,论文提出了建设管理类"金课"的若干策略。In 2016,the Chinese government launched the"double first-rate"construction for the reform of colleges and universities.Universities throughout the country have made unremitting efforts to achieve this goal.In 2018,the Ministry of Education convened the first meeting on undergraduate education in Chinese universities in the new era since the reform and opening up.Aiming at the characteristics of"Tiger Balm"of management courses,the paper puts forward some strategies for building"golden course"of management specialty.
