摘　　要：目的 :评估家庭医生团队干预对社区脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者抑郁情绪和日常生活能力的影响。方法 :选择2016年7月至2017年12月在上海市某社区内的PSD患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为干预组45例和对照组45例。对照组采用基础康复指导和必要的抗抑郁治疗,干预组在对照组的基础上实施家庭医生团队干预。比较两组患者的抑郁状况和生活能力。结果 :干预36周后,干预组的总有效率明显高于对照组(86.66%比71.11%,P <0.05);干预12周、24周、36周后,干预组的汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均明显低于对照组(P <0.05);日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 :家庭医生团队综合干预可有效改善PSD患者的抑郁情绪和日常生活能力。Objective: To evaluate the effect of family doctor team intervention on depression and daily living ability of patients with post-stroke depression(PSD) in a community. Methods: Ninety patients with PSD in a community in Shanghai from July 2016 to December 2017 were selected and according to the random number table method divided into an intervention group with 45 cases and a control group with 45 cases. The control group used basic rehabilitation guidance and necessary anti-depression treatment, and the intervention group implemented family doctor team intervention on the basis of the control group. The depression status and life ability of the two groups were compared. Results: After 36 weeks of intervention, the total effective rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.66% vs. 71.11%, P<0.05);after12, 24 and 36 weeks of intervention, the scores of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The ADL score of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive intervention of family doctor team can effectively improve the depressive mood and daily life ability of PSD patients.
