微观城市形态的创意产业承载力研究——以厦门市思明区为例

摘　　要：体验经济时代,所有产业活动的开展乃至于人们对一个城市的观感印象在物理层面来说必然要落实到城市的微观形态上。通过对城市微观形态内涵的界定,在对创意经济和创意产业的城市空间依存性进行细化的基础上,提出微观城市形态的创意产业承载力概念。以厦门市思明区为例,分析总结该区微观城市形态的创意产业承载力,主要集中在环境观感印象优良、能有效引聚创意人才、城市更新与创意产业紧密结合等3个向度。这3个向度从城市环境设计的视阈,为当地发展创意经济和构建创意城市提供新的思维方法与决策依据。At the experience economy era, the development of all industrial activities and even people's impression on a city on physical level must be implemented through microcosmic forms of cities. Through defining urban micro-form connotation and based on detailed analysis of urban spatial dependence of creative economy and creative industry, this paper puts forward the concept of creative industry bearing capacity of micro urban form. Taking Xiamen City Siming District as an example, focusing on three dimensions, namely, excellent environmental impressions, effective attraction of creative talents and close integration of urban renewal and creative industries, this paper will do analysis and conclude on the creative industry bearing capacity of Siming district’s micro urban form. The conclusion would provide new thinking methods and decision-making basis for developing local creative economy and constructing creative cities from the urban environmental design perspective.
