摘  要:针对武器装备科研生产单位计量工作通用要求中TUR不小于4:1的要求,提出了一种利用高值电阻器测量高精度数字源表中纳安、微安量级小电流的间接测量方法,通过对多个型号数字多用表输入阻抗的测量与影响分析,评定了小电流的测量不确定度,给出了三个能够满足计量要求的测量标准,通过试验10nA测量点的测量不确定度由7. 0×10^(-4)提高至2. 0×10^(-5),TUR提高了10倍~50倍,不仅满足了规范的要求,更是提高了纳安、微安量级电流参数的测量能力,保证了小电流参数量值的准确、一致。An indirect measurement method is proposed aiming at the requirement of TUR not less than 4: 1 in the general requirements of unit measurement work for weaponry equipment research and production,which can measure the nanoampere and microampere current of high-precision digital source meters through high-value resistors. This method covers the measurement and influence analysis of inputting resistance to multiple models of digital multimeters,then evaluates the measurement uncertainty of low current. Finally three measurement standards that can meet the metrological requirements are offered. We find that TUR increases 10 to 50 times when the measurement uncertainty of 10 nanoampere measuring point increases from 7. 0 × 10^-4 to 2. 0 × 10^-5. This discovery not only satisfies the specification requirements,but also improves the measurement capability of the nanoampere and microampere magnitude current parameters. Meanwhile the accuracy and consistency of the low current parameter values are guaranteed.
