高校师德师风的时代性及其建设路径分析

摘　　要：师德师风建设有利于促进高校教师队伍整体素质的提高,能推动高等教育事业的发展,直接影响着高校教学活动能否顺利进行。因此,高校必须要重视师德师风建设,回归教师本位,通过创新工作方法、改进教学内容等来强化高校师德师风建设已经成为我国高校发展中所面临的一项迫切任务。分析高校师德师风建设的内涵,并深入阐述高校师德师风建设面临的挑战及问题,在此基础上提出高校师德师风的时代性要求以及高校师德师风的建设路径。The construction of teachers ethics is conducive to the improvement of the overall quality of college teachers and the development of higher education, and directly affects the smooth progress of teaching activities in colleges and universities. Therefore, colleges and universities must pay attention to the construction of teachers ethics, return to the teacher-centered concept, and strengthen the construction of teachers ethics in colleges and universities through innovative methods of work and improvement of teaching content, which has become an urgent task in the development of colleges and universities in China. This paper analyses the connotation of the construction of teachers ethics in colleges and universities, and expounds the challenges and problems faced by the construction of teachers ethics in colleges and universities. On this basis, it puts forward the era requirements of college teachers ethics and the construction path of college teachers ethics.
