摘 要:西北少数民族青年就业压力显著高于全国常模,且在性别和民族上均表现出显著差异性,女性就业压力高于男性,维吾尔族、藏族就业压力显著高于其他少数民族。此外,研究发现,社会适应能力和就业压力关系密切,存在显著的负相关。积极探索提升少数民族青年社会适应能力的策略,对于提高西北地区少数民族青年应就业状况具有促进作用。Employment pressure of ethnic youth in Northwest China is significantly higher,and there are significant differences in gender and ethnicity.The employment pressure of women is higher than that of men.The employment pressure of Uygur and Tibetan youth is significantly higher than that of other ethnic minorities.Moreover,social adaptability and employment pressure are closely related.Social adaptability can significantly predict employment pressure.Youth with stronger social adaptability will bear less employment pressure.Actively exploring strategies to improve social adaptability can promote the employment situation of minority youth in Northwest China.
