MRC矫治器用于治疗儿童替牙(牙合)期前牙反(牙合)的效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究MRC矫治器用于治疗儿童替牙(牙合)期前牙反(牙合)的临床效果。方法选取2018-03～2019-03期间在内蒙古医科大学附属医院正畸科进行治疗的牙性、功能性前牙反(牙合)患儿22例,对其应用MRC进行矫治一年后,(1)比较治疗前后患儿前牙覆(牙合)、覆盖、SNA角、SNB角、ANB角、1-SN角、ˉ-NB角、Y轴角、下颌平面角(MP-FH)等指标的变化,以此评价MRC矫治器的治疗效果。(2)通过询问及观察对比患儿治疗前后口腔不良习惯的改变。结果治疗一年后,患儿覆、覆盖程度明显改善(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。SNA角、1-SN角、Y轴角均高于治疗前,(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义;SNB角、-NB角、下颌平面角(MP-FH)均低于治疗前,(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义;ANB角高于治疗前(P>0.05)差异不具有统计学意义。(2)患有口腔不良习惯的患儿其习惯得以破除或改善。结论对替牙(牙合)期牙性、功能性前牙反(牙合)的患儿应用MRC矫治器并配(牙合)肌功能训练,可治疗并纠正其反(牙合)程度,且效果明显。Objective To study the clinical effect of MRC appliance in the treatment of anterior and posterior occlusal teeth of children with interodontitis.Methods a total of 22 children with anterior and functional anterior antiodontia who were treated in the department of orthodontics of the affi liated hospital of Inner Mongolia medical university from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected.One year after the orthodontic treatment with MRC,(1) comparison of anterior occlusal occlusion,coverage,SNA Angle,SNB Angle,ANB Angle,1-sn Angle,1-NB Angle,the changes of Y axis Angle and mandibular plane Angle (mp-fh) were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of MRC appliance.(2) the changes of bad oral habits of the children before and after treatment were compared through inquiry and observation.Results After one year of treatment,the patients' occlusal occlusion and coverage were signifi cantly improved (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically signifi cant. SNA Angle, 1-sn Angle, and Y-axis Angle were all higher than before treatment (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically signifi cant. SNB Angle,1- NB Angle ,the mandibular plane Angle (MP-FH) was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.ANB Angle was higher than that before treatment(P>0.05), and the difference was not statistically signifi cant.(2) children with bad oral habits can break or improve their habits.Conclusion MRC appliance combined with occlusal muscle function training can treat and correct the degree of occlusal in children with functional anterior teeth.
