摘　　要：目的评价老年脑卒中患者多维健康测定量表[MHIEC-ST(V1.0)]的测量学特性。方法使用MHIEC-ST(V1.0)随机抽取上海、山东、广东三地社区内227例老年脑卒中患者进行问卷调查,通过相关分析、因子分析等方法对量表的测量学特性进行评价。结果 MHIEC-ST(V1.0)量表的重测信度为0.95,各领域均大于0.80;Cronbach′sα系数为0.88和0.84;探索性因子分析显示:共性模块共提取了3个公因子,方差累计贡献率为67.81%,特异模块共提取了3个公因子,方差累计贡献率为79.97%;各条目与其所在领域的相关均大于与其他领域的相关,相关系数多大于0.70。结论该量表具有较好的信度、效度和可行性,可作为评价我国老年脑卒中患者的生命质量的有利工具。Objective To evaluate the measurement characteristics of Multidimensional Health Measurement Instruments System for elderly patients with chronic disease[MHIEC-ST(V1.0)].Methods MHIEC-ST(V1.0)was used to randomly select 227 cases of senile stroke patients from communities in Shanghai,Shandong and Guangdong to conduct a questionnaire.The measurement characteristics of the scale were evaluated by correlation analysis and factor analysis.Results The test-retest reliability of MHIEC-ST(V1.0)scale was 0.95 with all domains above 0.80,and Cronbach′sαvalue were 0.88 and 0.84.Exploratory factor analysis showed that the general module extracted three common factors,and the cumulative contribution rate of variance was67.81%;the specific module extracted three common factors,and the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 79.97%.The correlation analysis showed that the coefficients between items with its domain were greater than those with other domains,and most of the correlation coefficients were above 0.70.Conclusion This scale has good reliability,validity and feasibility,and can be a useful tool to evaluate the multidimensional health of for elderly patients with chronic disease in China.
