摘 要:通过分析首秦公司转炉煤气管网系统结构特点,指出单座气柜与管网串联运行状态下,气柜是影响管网系统稳定运行的薄弱环节。借鉴煤气混合站功能特点,在转炉煤气管网加压机组入口侧增设混气系统,作为气柜的旁路,在气柜退网时投运,避免煤气用户断气停产,有效提高转炉煤气管网系统保供能力。Based on the analysis of structure characteristics of the converter gas pipe network system in shouqin company, it was found that the gas holder was the weakness for stable operation of the pipe network system in the state of series operation of the single gas holder and the pipe network. In the light of functional characteristics of gas mixing station the gas mixing system was added in the inlet of the pressurizing unit of the converter gas pipe network, and it was used as the bypass of the gas holder. When the gas holder was disconnected from the gas pipe network, the gas mixing system can avoid the off-gas and off-production of the gas user, which can efficiently improve the guaranteed ability of the converter gas pipe network system.
