干髓术对比根管治疗术在乳磨牙牙髓炎患者治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析评价在乳磨牙牙髓炎患者治疗过程中应用干髓术以及根管治疗术的不同临床效果。方法选择在本院接受治疗的乳磨牙牙髓炎患者80例作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施干髓术进行治疗,观察组实施根管治疗术,对比两组患者手术治疗效果。结果对照组相比较观察组患者手术时间和对照组相比较具有明显差异,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对存在乳磨牙牙髓炎症状的患者在其治疗过程中采用根管治疗术和干髓术进行治疗,两者治疗方式均具有显著的临床治疗效果,但是需要根据患者实际情况选择合适的手术治疗方式,相较而言,根管治疗术在实施手术操作以后并发症发生率较低,临床治疗有效率更加显著,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To analyze and evaluate the different clinical effects of pulp drying and root canal therapy in the treatment of pulpitis of deciduous molars.Methods 80 cases of pulpitis of deciduous molars treated in our hospital were selected as the research object.Their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with pulp drying,while the observation group was treated with root canal therapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the operation time of the patients in the observation group was signifi cantly different,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,P < 0.05.Conclusion The root canal therapy and pulp drying for the patients with pulpitis symptoms of deciduous molars in the course of treatment.Both methods have signifi cant clinical effects.However,it is necessary to choose the appropriate surgical treatment according to the actual situation of patients.Comparatively speaking,root canal therapy has a lower incidence of complications after the implementation of surgical operation,and clinical treatment includes:The effi ciency is more remarkable,and it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
