摘　　要：以西安职业技术学院微生物综合实训室为例,介绍实验室经常受到的污染和危害,以及通常采用的消毒灭菌方法.针对目前本实验室所用的灭菌方法,分析其灭菌原理.主要目的在于进一步完善实验室建设,规范实验操作.Taking the microbial comprehensive training room of Xi′an Vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper introduces the contamination and hazards often encountered in the laboratory,as well as the commonly used disinfection and sterilization methods. According to the current sterilization methods used in our laboratory,the principle of sterilization is analyzed. The main purpose is to further improve laboratory construction and standardize experimental operation.
