摘　　要：主要对机床的三种能力指数Ppk、Cpk、Cmk应用问题进行了分析探讨和总结,提出了提高过程能力的过程就是从人、机、料、法、环、测几个方面减小或消除系统性误差的过程,从而达到稳定保证和提高产品质量的目的.In this paper the author analyzes and summarizes the application of three capability indexes of machine tools,namely Ppk,Cpk and Cmk,and proposes that the process of improving process capability is the process of reducing or eliminating systematic errors from the aspects of human,machine,material,method,ring and measurement,so as to achieve the purpose of stable guarantee and improving product quality.
