摘　　要：创新创业教育是应用型人才培养的重要环节。在阐述创新创业教育重要性的基础上,结合北华大学与宁波双林集团的协同人才培养模式,探讨了高校与企业深入合作进行人才创新创业能力培养的具体做法。Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important link in the training of applied talents. Based on expounding the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship education,combining the collaborative talent training mode of Beihua University and Ningbo Shuanglin Group, this paper probes into the concrete practice of cultivating talents’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability through deep cooperation between universities and enterprises.
