摘　　要：推进高校教育教学改革,着力提升人才培养质量的突破口在学生。在当前国家着力提升本科教育教学质量的大背景下,高校必须必须着力改进大学生学习方式,这是提升大学生学习质量的关键所在。因此研究和改进当前大学生学习方式的现状、存在的问题以及改进对策,对于提高大学生学习质量和学习效率无疑具有重要的现实意义。Pushing forward the reform of education and teaching in colleges and universities and focusing on improving the quality of personnel training are the breakthroughs for students.Under the background of the current national efforts to improve the quality of undergraduate education and teaching, colleges and universities must focus on improving the students’ learning methods, which is the key to improve the quality of students’ learning. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study and improve the current situation, problems and countermeasures of college students’ learning styles for optimizing and improving their learning quality and improving their learning efficiency.
