摘　　要：前列腺癌是威胁中老年男性健康的重大公共卫生问题,发病早期接受内分泌治疗可延缓病情进展。但随着治疗时间的推移,前列腺癌将进展为内分泌治疗无效的去势抵抗性前列腺癌。目前对于去势抵抗性前列腺癌有二线内分泌治疗和放化疗等多种治疗方式,但收效甚微。因此寻找新的前列腺癌治疗方式迫在眉睫。二甲双胍具有降低2型糖尿病中老年男性人群前列腺癌发病率及改善合并2型糖尿病前列腺癌预后的潜能。本文就二甲双胍对前列腺癌抑制作用的研究进展作一简要综述。Prostate cancer is one of the most urging public health problem that severely influences the health of elderly males. Although the progression of prostate cancer can be delayed by endocrine therapy at its early stage, most of prostate cancer will develop into castration resistant prostate cancer, which is insensitive to endocrine therapy. In recent years, kinds of new therapies including second-line endocrine therapy and radiochemotherapy, have been developed to control the progression of castration resistant prostate cancer and to prolong those patients lifespan. However, there is little achievement. Therefore, it is necessary to find an effective way to delay the progression of prostate cancer. As recent research reveals that the prescription of anti-diabetes drug, metformin may have potential in decreasing the incidence of prostate cancer in elder males with diabetes and improving the prognosis of patients suffering from prostate cancer and diabetes simultaneously. This article reviews the research progress of the inhibitor effect of metformin on prostate cancer.
