摘  要:住院医师规范化培训工作在我国已经全面展开,但也存在一些问题。该研究通过在住院医师规范化培训中建立骨干师资制度,实行强化激励机制、规范教学查房、病历书写培训和技能培训等举措,从而有效地提高了教学效果。The residency training has been carried out in China for several years, but some problems still remain. This study attempts to establish the backbone teacher system in the stand- ardized training of resident physicians, strengthen the incentive mechanism, and standardize the training of teaching ward rounds, case writing and skills. The research results show that, with the establishment of the backbone teacher system, teachers' teaching ward rounds, writing lec- tures on medical records and skills training ability were significantly improved, and students' clinical skills, clinical comprehensive ability assessment and case writing performance were gre- atly improved. In summary, the establishment of the backbone teacher system in residency train- ing could improve the teaching effect.
