摘  要:在建立带式输送机传动滚筒模型的基础上,通过有限元分析的方法,验证了加强环的作用效果;进行系列仿真,分析研究加强环的截面尺寸与滚筒筒壳厚度以及滚筒最大变形量之间的关系,利用数据拟合,得到三者之间的函数关系表达式;在此基础上,进一步探究了不同间距的双加强环对传动滚筒最大变形量的影响,通过Origin进行数据分析,为传动滚筒矩形加强环的标准化与最优化设计提供理论依据。Based on the model of belt conveyor transmission drum, the effect of strengthening ring was verified by the method of finite element analysis, and a series of simulation was carried out, the relationship between the cross section size of the strengthening ring, the thickness of the drum skin and the maximum deformation of the drum was analyzed and the expression of the functional relationship among those was obtained by using the data fitting method. The influence of double strengthening rings with different space on the maximum deformation of the transmission drum was further studied, and the relationship was analyzed by means of Origin,which provided a theoretical basis for the standardization and optimization design of the rectangular strengthening ring of the transmission drum.
