桂枝茯苓方治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效及对基质金属蛋白酶2、核因子-κBp65表达水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析桂枝茯苓方治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效及基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)、核因子-κB p65表达水平的影响。方法:选取子宫肌瘤患者86例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用常规对症治疗,观察组患者采用常规对症治疗联合桂枝茯苓方治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果:观察组患者总有效率为90.70%,对照组为72.09%,观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者MMP-2、NF-κB p65、EGF、Bcl-2、Ang-2水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者MMP-2、NF-κB p65、EGF、Bcl-2、Ang-2水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后月经量多、小腹凉、腰酸、经前乳胀例数低于对照组,但血块的例数与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝茯苓方治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效显著,可降低患者血清MMP-2、NF-κBp65、Bcl-2的表达水平,改善经期症状。Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of Guizhi Fuling Recipe on uterine leiomyoma and the effect on expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) and nuclear factor-κB p65. Methods:Eighty-six cases of hysteromyoma were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional symptomatic therapy and the patients in the observation group were treated with the combination of Guizhi Fuling Recipe. The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results:The total effective rate was 90.70% in the observation group and 72.09% in the control group. The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, the levels of MMP-2, NF-κB p65 and EGF-2 Ang-2 were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of MMP-2,NF-κB p65,EGF,Bcl-2 and Ang-2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The observation group’s cases of lower menstrual volume,abdominal cooling, lumbar acid and premammary distention after treatment were lower than that of the control group, but the number of blood clots was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Guizhi Fuling Recipe has a significant therapeutic effect on uterine leiomyoma, which can reduce the expressions of MMP-2, NF-κ Bp65 and Bcl-2 and improve menstrual symptoms.
