摘 要:调查了烟台地区3个小产地、3个酿酒白色品种在采收期和延迟采收过程中的病害发生、虫鸟害、落叶落粒、霉烂等基本情况,并分析了果实的总糖和总酸含量变化。结果显示,随着延迟采收时间的延长,3个品种均表现出病害发生趋重,虫鸟害、霉烂数量增加,而葡萄树生长良好,没有落叶和落粒等情况发生;并且贵人香含糖量最低,小芒森最高,而霞多丽居中,小芒森最具有延迟采收的潜力。试验表明,烟台地区延迟采收贵人香表现最差,而且与小产区、架势和栽培管理等都有密切关系;小芒森延迟采收表现最好,进行延迟采收烟台地区很有潜力,当然也需要更多观察和试验。In this study, the basic conditions of three white grape varieties in three producing areas in Yantai in harvest period and lateharvest process were investigated including disease occurrence, insect/bird infestation, falling leaf, loss of fruit grain, and mildew etc. The change in sugar and acid content were analyzed. The results showed that, the diseases, pests and mildew number for all three grape varieties got increased in late-harvest period, whereas vine growth was good without falling leaves and falling grains;the total sugar content in Italian Riesling grape was the lowest, in Petit Manseng grape was the highest, and in Chardonnay grape was the medium. Accordingly, Italian Riesling grape presented the worst performance in late-harvest, which was closely related to producing areas and cultivation management etc. Petit Manseng had the potential for late-harvest, but more experiments were needed.
