摘 要:针对某型弹用发动机燃油液压机械系统搭建的高保真模型存在的结构复杂,并导致其交互性、可扩展性差且难以演示的问题,采用活性能量指数的方法分析简化其 AMESim 模型,同时基于 MATLAB/GUI 设计了燃油调节器仿真界面,实现了燃油调节器可视化虚拟仿真平台的构建。结果表明:该可视化界面友好、操作简便,能够直观反映燃油调节器的调节功能,为辅助用户设计和分析提供了良好的交互性和可扩展性。In view of the high-fidelity model complex structure of fuel hydraulic mechanical system of a certain missile engine,which leaded to its poor interactivity and expansibility and difficulty to demonstrate,the method of active energy index was used to analyze and simplify its AMESim model. At the same time,the simulation interface of fuel regulator was designed based on MATLAB/GUI,and the visualization virtual simulation platform of fuel regulator was built. The results show that the visualization interface is friendly and easy to operate. It can directly reflect the regulating function of the fuel regulator,and provide good interactivity and expansibility for assisting the design and analysis of the users.
