针药结合治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效与安全性的系统评价

摘　　要：目的系统评价针药结合治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效及安全性。方法根据Cochrane系统评价方法,采用Revman5.3软件对纳入研究进行Meta分析。结果共纳入26项研究,共计2 275例急性缺血性脑卒中患者。Meta分析结果显示,针药联合治疗急性缺血性脑卒中较对照组可提高总有效率、改善神经功能缺损、提高日常生活活动能力,治疗较为安全。结论针药结合治疗急性缺血性脑卒中比单纯西药组有效安全。Objective: To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture combined with medicine on acute ischemic stroke. Methods: According to the Cochrane systematic evaluation method,the included studies were analyzed with Revman 5.3 software. Results: 2 275 cases with acute ischemic stroke were included in 26 studies. The results of meta-analysis showed that the combined acupuncture and drug therapy for acute ischemic stroke could improve the overall efficiency,neurological function defect,daily living ability and safety compared with the control group. Conclusion: Combined acupuncture and drug therapy is more effective and safer on acute ischemic stroke than Western medicine alone.
