基于智慧职教平台的精品资源共享课程建设——以《畜产品加工技术》课程为例

摘　　要：精品资源共享课程的建设以精品课程为基础,通过网络平台,辅以自测、互动交流、作业提交等小系统来得以体现。通过搭建智慧职教平台,《畜产品加工技术》这门课程的教学以专业人才培养目标为出发点建立"一棵树",建设素材库以增加内容广度,建设习题库以进行强化训练。不同的内容以标准课、个性课、技能模块形式得以展现,有助于四类用户进行学习并且从中受益。The construction of excellent resource sharing courses is based on the excellent course and then represented by self-test, interactive communication, homework submission and other small systems through the network platform. By building a platform of intelligent centre for vocational education, the course of Livestock Products Processing Technology establishes a "skill tree" starting from professional training objectives, supplemented by a material library to increase the content breadth and an exercise library to strengthen the training. And the different contents of this course are presented in the form of standard courses, personality courses and skill modules, which helps teachers, students, employees and social learners to learn and benefit from it.
