摘 要:目前,体育教育界的共识是:使"生命教育"步入高校校园,直至走进高校学生内心,并同学科教学完全融入,从而体现新时期高校体育教育赋予的特殊意义。研究结论认为:高校体育教育在完成教学任务的过程中,有力地促进了学生对"自然生命、精神生命、社会生命"三维度的体验和领悟;强调体验性和个体差异的教学方法在学习过程中培养了学生应有的勇气、意志和团队协作等精神品质,以期实现生命教育的全面性。Currently it is a common belief in the circle of physical education that life education should be introduced into the campus and merged into the discipline education to represent the special meaning given by physical education in universities and colleges in the new era. The results of this study are: the physical education in universities and colleges helps students to promote experiencing and comprehending the concepts of natural life, spiritual life and social life;the teaching method emphasizing on experience and individual difference cultivates students’ qualities such as courage, will and teamwork in the expectation of realizing comprehensiveness of life education.
