摘 要:模拟授课,是上课的缩影。师范生模拟授课能力,体现培养中小学教师以“能力为重”的理念。模拟授课评价指标体系,具有为教师教育质量监测提供观测点、为模拟授课提供相对完备的评价依据、为师范生技能培养提供系列抓手等意义。构建模拟授课评价指标体系,要落实以评促改、以评促练、以评促强的理念,达到监测师范教育质量、检测师范(生)教学水平、观测师范生实践能力等目的。按照模拟授课开展的逻辑顺序,评价体系的一级指标依次为:教学目标、教学设计、教学实施、教学效果、教学仪态和模拟授课答辩。Simulated teaching is the epitome of class. The simulated teaching ability of normal school students reflects the concept that "ability first" for primary and secondary school teachers. The evaluation index system of simulated teaching has the following meanings: it can provide observation points for teacher education quality monitoring, provide relatively complete evaluation basis for simulated teaching, and provide a series of grasping hands for the skill training of normal school students. To construct the evaluation index system of simulated teaching, it is necessary to implement the concepts of promoting reform by evaluation, promoting practice by evaluation,and promoting strengthening by evaluation; achieving the purpose of monitoring the quality of teacher education, testing the teaching level and observing the practical ability of normal school students. According to the logical sequence of simulated teaching, the first-level indicators of the evaluation system are as follows: teaching objective, teaching design, teaching implementation, teaching effect, teaching attitude and simulated teaching defense.
