倍他洛克联合三联疗法治疗肝硬化合并消化道溃疡的疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察倍他洛克联合三联疗法治疗肝硬化合并消化道溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取肝硬化合并消化道溃疡患者76例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各38例,对照组使用阿莫西林胶囊与奥美拉唑、替硝唑、硫酸铝进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,采用倍他洛克进行治疗,治疗2个月后,进行复查,比较两组患者溃疡愈合的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组溃疡愈合总有效率为97.37%,显著高于对照组的78.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为5.26%,低于对照组的21.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上采用倍他洛克治疗肝硬化合并消化道溃疡可有效提高溃疡愈合率,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of Betoloc combined with triple therapy in treatment of patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with peptic ulcer.Methods:76 patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with peptic ulcer were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=38)and control group(n=38).The control group was treated with Amoxicillin capsules,Omeprazole,Tinidazole and Aluminum sulfate,while the observation group was treated with Betoloc on the basis of those of the control group.2 months after the treatment,the patients were reexamined.Then,the clinical effects and adverse reactions of ulcer healing were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of ulcer healing in the observation group was 97.37%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.95%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.26%,which was lower than that of the control group(21.05%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the conventional treatment,the use of Betoloc in the treatment of the patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with peptic ulcer can effectively improve the rate of ulcer healing and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
