摘  要:介绍了对脲衍生物、金属有机酸盐和有机锡类化合物作为PVC热稳定剂的热稳定性能-结构关系所做研究取得的结果。可以看到,这些化合物类型热稳定剂对PVC的热稳定性能均呈现随分子中带正电荷亲电反应中心的亲电反应性的增强而提高的递变规律。据此推测,这些热稳定剂并不是通过Frye和Horst不稳定氯取代亲核反应机理,而是通过其分子中的亲电反应中心与PVC发生亲电反应而稳定PVC的。This paper introduced the research results of the thermal stabilizing performance-structure relationship of urea derivatives, organic acid metal salts and organotin compounds as heat stabilizers for PVC. It could be seen that the thermal stability of these compounds to PVC increased along with an increase in the electrophilic reactivity of the positively charged electrophilic reaction center in the molecule. It was inferred that these heat stabilizers stabilized PVC not by the labile Cl atom nucleophilic substitution mechanism described by Frye and Horst, but by the electrophilic reaction between PVC and their electrophilic reaction centers.
