摘　　要：全面提升农民法治意识是全面依法治国的内在精神要求。四川是传统的农业大省,农民在全省人口中仍然占据着主体,在全面推进乡村振兴战略的时代洪流中,四川的新型城镇化建设步伐大大加快。培育四川农民的法治意识,需要在建立健全农村法律机制、深化农村法治宣传教育、培育良好农村法治环境、引导农民参与法治实践等方面全力着手,这也是实现全面建成小康社会和两个百年奋斗目标的必然要求。Enhancing farmers' awareness of rule of law is the inherent spiritual requirement of ruling the country by law in an all-round way. Sichuan is a major traditional agricultural province,farmers still occupy the main part of the population in the whole province. In the era of promoting the strategy of Rural Revitalization in an all-round way,the pace of constructing new-type urbanization construction in Sichuan has been greatly accelerated. Cultivating the awareness of rule by law in Sichuan Farmers requires the establishment and perfection of rural legal mechanisms, improving its publicity and education, cultivating a fine legal environment, guiding farmers in the participation and practice of rule by law. This is also a must for the realization of building a well-off society in an all-round way and striving for two hundred years.
