摘　　要：目的探讨马铃薯片或浆汁外敷治疗高压注射碘海醇外渗性损伤的临床护理应用观察。方法搜集2013年1月至2018年4月我院放射科因外周静脉高压注射碘海醇对比剂外渗(CME)引发注射部位不良反应患者60例。随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组运用马铃薯片或浆汁外敷的方法,对照组则采用常规50%硫酸镁湿敷,3日后观察两种治疗方法的肿胀消退情况和疗效比较。结果观察组患者治愈率和好转率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论马铃薯片或浆汁外敷治疗碘海醇对比剂外渗性损伤效果良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To exPlore the clinical nursing aPPlication of Potato tablets or slurry external aPPlication in the treatment of extravasation of iohexol exogenous injury.Methods From January 2013 to APril 2018,60 Patients with adverse reactions at the injection site were injected with iohexol contrast extravasation (CME) from the DePartment of Radiology in our hosPital.They were randomly divided into observation grouP and control grouP.The observation grouP used Potato chiPs or slurry external aPPlication,while the control grouP used conventional 50% magnesium sulfate wet comPress.After 3 days,the swelling and regression effects of the two treatment methods were observed.Results The cure rate and imProvement rate of the observation grouP were better than the control grouP,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The external aPPlication of Potato chiPs or slurry for the treatment of extravasation injury of iohexol contrast agent is good and worthy of clinical aPPlication.
