摘　　要：结直肠癌(colorectal cancer, CRC)是全球目前最常见的癌症类型之一,其发生发展的明确机制尚未完全了解。近年来随着全基因组和转录组测序技术的发展,长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA, lncRNA)受到越来越多的关注,大量研究结果表明lncRNA与癌症发展的连续步骤相关。已经证明结直肠癌相关的lncRNA可以通过多种机制来调节基因,包括表观遗传修饰,lncRNA-miRNA和lncRNA-蛋白质相互作用,以及作为miRNA前体等。由于一些lncRNA可以在体液中检测到,并且具有良好的特异性和灵敏性,因此它们已被认为可用作CRC诊断和预后以及预测对治疗反应的新型潜在生物标志物。本综述总结了lncRNA在CRC中的最新发现,并探讨其在临床诊断,预后和治疗中应用的可能。Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common types of cancer in the world, and the clear mechanism of its occurrence and development has not been fully understood yet. In recent years, with the development of genome-wide and transcriptome sequencing technologies, long-chain non-coding RNAs (lncRNA) have received more and more attention. A large number of studies have shown that lncRNA is implicated in successive steps in cancer development. CRC-associated lncRNAs have been shown to regulate genes through a variety of mechanisms, including epigenetic modifications, lncRNA-miRNA and lncRNA-protein interactions, and their role as miRNA precursors. Since some lncRNAs can be detected in human body fluids and have good specificity and sensitivity, they have been considered as new potential biomarkers for CRC diagnosis and prognosis as well as predictive response to treatment. In this review, we discuss the recent findings of lncRNA in CRC and their application in clinical diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment.
