摘　　要：荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA),可以反映眼底血管循环以及视网膜、脉络膜的异常变化,为眼底疾病的诊断和治疗提供有力依据,已广泛运用于眼科临床。但在注射荧光素钠造影剂的过程中,可能出现一些不良反应,常常造成检查的中断,还引起患者一系列病情变化,严重者出现休克,甚至死亡。随着医学技术的发展,对眼底荧光血管造影不良反应的研究不断深入,取得了较大的研究进展,本文对眼底荧光血管造影不良反应的预防及护理进展进行了综述。Fundus Fluorescein Angiography(FFA),which can reflect the abnormal changes of fundus vascular circulation、retina and choroid,provides a powerful basis for the diagnosis and treatment of ocular fundus diseases,has been widely used in ophthalmic clinical.But in the case of fluorescein sodium,there may be some adverse reactions,causes frequent interruptions to inspections,brings about a series of changes in the patient's condition,severe cases have shock,even death.With the development of medical technology,a great progress has been made in the study that has a further research on the adverse reactions of fluorescence angiography of fundus.This article reviews the progress of prevention and nursing of the adverse reactions of fluorescence angiography of fundus.
