摘  要:以2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)对照品、槲皮素对照品和丁香(Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb.)挥发油为对照,对丁香总黄酮还原力、清除1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH·自由基)能力进行了评价。结果表明,丁香总黄酮有较好的抗氧化活性,其还原力略低于阳性对照BHT而高于丁香挥发油,清除DPPH·自由基能力则随浓度增大明显增强,浓度达到0.15、0.20 mg/mL时,其DPPH·自由基清除率分别超过丁香挥发油和阳性对照BHT。The antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from Caryophylli flos was studied with 2,6-tert butyl-4-methyl phenol (BHT), quercetin, and essential oil from Caryophylli flos as reference, and the total reducing capacity and scavenging DPPH· free radical ability as evaluating indicator. The total flavonoids of Eugenia Cargophyllata Thunb. had better antioxidant activity,and its reducing power was slightly lower than that of positive control BHT and higher than that of essential oil from Caryophylli flos. The DPPH· free radical scavenging capacity increased obviously with the increase of concentration. When the concentration reached 0.15 and 0.2 mg/mL,DPPH· radical scavenging rate exceeded essential oil from Caryophylli flos and positive control BHT respectively.
