摘 要:目的建立沙生蜡菊总黄酮最佳提取工艺。方法采用UV法进行总黄酮的含量测定,以槲皮素为对照品,以乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间为提取工艺的考察因素,沙生蜡菊总黄酮含量作为提取工艺的评价指标,采用正交实验对沙生蜡菊总黄酮提取工艺进行优化。结果沙生蜡菊总黄酮最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度60%,料液比1∶20,提取时间120 min,沙生蜡菊提取物中总黄酮的平均含量为46.572 mg/g。结论本提取工艺方法简单、高效,适用于沙生蜡菊总黄酮的提取。Objective To establish the optimum extraction technology of total flavones. Methods The content of total flavonoids was determined by UV with quercetin being used as standard control. Ethanol concentration, material-liquid ratio and extraction time were taken as the factors to investigate the extraction process, and the content of total flavonoids of Helichrysum arenarium(L) Moench. Was taken as the index of extraction process, orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids extracted from Helichrysum arenarium(L) Moench. Results The optimum extraction process was 60% ethanol, 1∶20 ratio of material to liquid, 120 min. The average content of total flavonoids was 46.572 mg/g. Conclusion The extraction process we reported here was simple and efficient, and is suitable for the extraction, separation and purification of total flavonoids from Helichrysum arenarium(L) Moench.
