摘　　要：文章通过构建自然海岸资源价值核算指标体系,确定了评估因子量化标准,建立了自然海岸基本价值核算系数计算模型、服务价值核算系数计算模型、综合核算系数计算模型和基准价值计算模型。在此基础上,构建了自然海岸资源价值核算模型,并应用其模型对大连市大陆自然海岸资源价值进行核算。最终得出大连市大陆自然海岸资源总价值约为2 409亿元。The paper has constructed the index system of natural coastal′s resource value accounting,and determined the quantitative standard of evaluation factors.The calculation model of basic value accounting coefficient of the natural coastal,service value accounting coefficient of the natural coastal,comprehensive accounting coefficient of the natural coastal,and benchmark value of the natural coastal were established.On this basis,this paper has constructed the natural coastal′s resource value accounting model,and calculated resource value of the land natural coastal in Dalian with this model,which has led the result of the total resource value of the land natural coastal in Dalian is 240,900 million yuan.
