摘 要:针对当今国内航空发动机安装入位困难、调姿精度低的问题,设计出一套集发动机厂内运输、升降、多自由度调姿于一体的航空发动机安装架车,满足航空发动机快速精确安装的需求。阐述了航空发动机多自由度调姿安装架车结构的设计思路,对举升机构进行设计和运动分析,对平移机构进行了设计和运动仿真。该安装架车可实现航空发动机安装过程多自由度调姿,满足快速精准入位的需求,为今后航空发动机安装架车的研发、生产提供参考依据。Aiming at the problems of difficult installation and low accuracy of domestic aero-engine, a set of aero-engine mounting truck integrating engine transportation, lifting, multi-freedom adjustment are designed to meet the requirements of fast and accurate installation of aero-engine. The design idea is expounded, the design and motion analysis of the lifting mechanism are carried out, and the translation mechanism is designed and simulated. The mounting truck can realize multi-freedom attitude adjustment during the installation process of the aero-engine, and meet the requirements of fast and accurate positioning, and provide reference for the research, development and production of the aircraft engine mounting truck in the future.
