高校学生党员发展和培养工作的现状与创新

摘　　要：中国经济社会的深入发展以及高校招生规模的扩大,对高校学生党员的发展和培养工作提出了新挑战,也产生了一些亟需解决的问题。需要从加强学生党员的思想教育、整合教育资源开辟多种形式的教育阵地、提高学习效果和发挥基层团组织在党员教育培养中的作用、加强党务工作队伍建设以及开辟党的思想政治教育网上新阵地等方面加以改进。The economic and social development presents new challenges and problems to the development and training of student party members in universities.The situation can be improved by strengthening the ideological education of student party members,integrating various educational resources,improving learning effects,emphasizing the role of grass-roots party organizations in the education and training of party members,strengthening the construction of party workforces,and establishing online bases of ideological and political education.
