摘 要:目的探讨低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗精神分裂症患者的效果及对患者血清BDNF水平的影响。方法选取2017年1月~2018年6月通过我院治疗的98例首发精神分裂症患者,并随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组采用低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗。比较两组治疗后PANSS评分、血清BDNF指数以及治疗总有效率。结果研究组患者治疗后的PANSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后的血清BDNF指数高于对照组(P<0.05),且研究组的治疗总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症的治疗过程中,低频重复经颅磁刺激的治疗效果理想,对患者的血清BDNF水平有一定提高,临床上应进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on schizophrenia patients and serum BDNF levels. Methods A total of 98 patients with first-episode schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group. The control group received routine treatment. The study group received low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation. The PANSS score, serum BDNF index, and total effective rate of treatment between the two groups after treatment were compared. Results The PANSS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The serum BDNF index of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the total effective rate of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of schizophrenia, the treatment of low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation has ideal effect, and the serum BDNF level of patients is improved. It should be further promoted and applied clinically.
