摘 要:目的对住院医师规范化培训师资带教的满意度调查研究,探索如何科学化、制度化、规范化、现代化提升住院医师规范化培训带教质量。方法选取2017年9月1日—2018年5月31日大连大学附属中山医院在培的325名住院医师纳入研究对象,采用问卷调查,对我院住院医师规范化培训师资情况、科室教学活动及学员满意度等方面进行满意度调查。结果我院住院医师对住院医师规范化培训师资总体参与度不满意,日常教学活动、考勤及管理方面较满意。结论强化制度建设,保证住院医师规范化培训教学活动落实,同时,强化带教意识,提高带教水平,健全师资带教考评机制,建立多元化考评系统,全面提升住院医师规范化培训质量。Objective To investigate the degree of satisfaction of teaching in the standardized residency training programs, and explore how to improve the quality of teaching in the standardized residency training programs through scientific, institutionalized, standardized and modernized methods. Methods 325 residents trained in the Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University from September 1, 2017 to May 31, 2018 were selected as the subjects. A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the satisfaction of residents with standardized training of teachers, department teaching activities and students’ satisfaction. Results Residents in our hospital are not satisfied with the overall participation of standardized training teachers for residents, and are satisfied with daily teaching activities, attendance and management. Conclusion That strengthens system construction ensure the implementation of standardized resident training and teaching activities. At the same time, we should strengthen the awareness of teaching, improve the level of teaching, improve the evaluation mechanism of teaching staff, establish a diversified evaluation system, and comprehensively improve the quality of standardized resident training.
