摘　　要：目的基于JCI标准对护理实习生的洗手现状进行调查分析,为医院教学管理提供依据。方法随机选取2017年7月1日—2018年4月30日在某三级甲等医院实习的72名护理实习生进行洗手依从性的调查,对护理实习人员不同时机手卫生依从性现状及护理实习生手卫生相关知识培训来源进行调查。结果调查显示,护理实习生的手卫生依从性不高,对于每接触一位患者周围的物体之后(包括医疗设备)洗手率为41.66%;实习生对手卫生知识较欠缺,只有86.11%的实习生接受入科的手卫生知识培训。结论需加强对护理实习生的院感知识培训,提高护理实习生手卫生依从性,从而降低医院感染的发生率。Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of hand washing of nursing interns based on JCI standard, and to provide basis for hospital teaching management. Methods 72 nursing interns from July 1, 2017 to April 30, 2018 were randomly selected to investigate the compliance of hand washing.Investigated the status quo of nursing practitioners at different times of hand hygiene compliance and the source of training related knowledge for nursing interns. Results The survey showed that the hand hygiene compliance of nursing interns was not high. Only 41.66% of them washed their hands after each contact with objects around a patient (including medical equipment), and the interns lacked knowledge of hand hygiene. Only 86.11% of the interns were trained in hand hygiene knowledge. Conclusion To strengthen the training of nursing interns'hospital perception and improve their hand hygiene compliance can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.
