质量管理环在医院病案管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的评价质量管理环在医院病案管理中的应用效果。方法对本院2017年6月—2018年11月接收的78例患者临床资料进行回顾分析,随机分为两组,对照组(n=39)病案实施传统管理方法,研究组(n=39)病案则接受质量管理环(PDCA循环)管理,对比两组管理效果及病案归档时间。结果在五日病案上交率、病案返修率、投诉率、病案质量完善率及首页资料缺陷发生率方面,研究组均较对照组更优(P <0.05);研究组病案归档时间低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论医院病案管理期间,应用质量管理环管理方案,不仅可降低投诉率、病案返修率及首页资料缺陷发生率,同时有助于病案质量的提高。Objective To evaluate the application effect of quality management ring in hospital medical record management. Methods 78 patients received in our hospital from June 2017 to November 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. They were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n =39) implemented the traditional management method for medical records, while the research group (n =39) accepted the quality management loop (PDCA) management for medical records. The management effect and the time of filing were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the study group was better in the five-day medical record submission rate, the rate of medical record revision, the rate of complaint, the rate of medical record quality improvement and the incidence of homepage data defects (P < 0.05), and the filing time of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion During the management of hospital medical records, the application of quality management environmental management scheme can not only reduce the rate of complaints, the rate of medical records repairing and the incidence of data defects on the front page, but also help to improve the quality of medical records.
