摘  要:目的研究科技创新能力提升策略在医学生培养中的应用效果。方法选取2011年9月-2012年7月哈尔滨医科大学影像医学与核医学专业本科学生100名作为对照组,对其进行常规教学并让其在哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院进行实习;选取2012年9月-2013年7月哈尔滨医科大学影像医学与核医学专业本科学生100名作为实验组,在对照组基础上,对其进行一系列科技创新能力培养活动,对比两组学生培训的近期效果及远期效果,并对比两组学生对培养效果的满意度。结果实验组学生的近期及远期培养效果均优于对照组学生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且实验组学生对培养效果的满意度高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于医学本科生的培养来说,科技创新能力提升培养策略比单一的常规教学培养有着更好的效果。Objective To study the application effect of scientific and technological innovation ability improvement strategy in medical students’ training. Methods A total of 100 undergraduate students in imaging medicine and nuclear medicine from Harbin Medical University from September 2011 to July 2012 were selected as the control group. They were routinely taught and given an internship at the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Harbin Medical University. 100 undergraduates majoring in imaging medicine and nuclear medicine in Harbin Medical University from September 2012 to July 2013 were selected as the experimental group. On the basis of the control group, a series of scientific and technological innovation ability training activities were carried out. The short-term and long-term effects of the two groups of students’ training were compared, and the satisfaction of the two groups of students to the training effect was compared. Results The short-term and long-term training effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). And the satisfaction of the students in the experimental group was higher than that of the patients in the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion For the training of medical undergraduates, the strategy of improving the ability of scientific and technological innovation has a better effect than the training of a single regular teaching.
