某院乳腺癌患者术后内分泌治疗药物的用药分析

摘　　要：目的了解广东省妇幼保健院(以下简称本院)乳腺癌患者术后内分泌治疗药物的使用情况,并进行统计分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 采用回顾性分析方法,收集本院乳腺科2017年9月至2018年8月使用内分泌治疗药物的门诊处方共3839例,对处方中患者年龄、药品信息和联合用药情况进行统计分析,并计算DDDs、DDC和B/A值等。结果 在统计的3839张处方中,患者年龄以35~54岁居多。DDDs排序前3位的内分泌药物均为进口品种,分别为枸橼酸托瑞米芬(进口)、阿那曲唑片(进口)、注射用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球;DDC排序前3位的是醋酸戈舍瑞林缓释植入剂(进口)、注射用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球(进口)、依西美坦(进口)。国产品种的DDC均低于11元。各种药品的B/A值介于0.33~3.00之间。内分泌治疗药物以单独用药为主,其次是二联用药,主要是卵巢功能抑制剂和抗雌激素类/AI类联用。结论 本院乳腺科门诊内分泌治疗药物使用情况基本合理。Objective To investigate the utilization of endocrine therapeutic drugs for breast cancer patients after surgery, and to provide some references for rational drug use in clinic. Methods In retrospective study, the data of 3 839 prescriptions contained endocrine therapeutic drugs for outpatients after breast cancer wwere collected from September, 2017 to September, 2018. The DDDs, DDC, and B/A values were calculated. Results The age of the outpatients receiving endocrine therapy after breast cancer ranged from 35 to 54. The top 3 endocrine therapeutic drugs in the respect of DDDs were toremifine citrate tablets (imported), anastrozole tablets, and leuprorelin acetate microspheres for injection. The top 3 endocrine therapeutic drugs in the respect of DDC were goserelin acetate sustained-release depot, leuprorelin acetate microspheres for injection (imported), and exemestane tablets (imported). The DDC of domestic drugs was less than 11 yuan. The B/A vaule of endocrine therapeutic drugs was between 0.33 and 3.00. The ovarian function inhibitor was mostly used in drug combination prescription, and commonly combined with anti-estrogen drugs or AI drugs. Conclusion The utilization of endocrine therapeutic drugs for breast cancer patients after surgery at our hospital is basically reasonable, but still needs further improvement.
