摘 要:单相高频链矩阵式逆变器主要由直流电源、高频逆变器、高频变压器、矩阵式变换器和输出滤波器组成。针对变换器阻感负载换流的问题,结合全桥电路的拓扑结构,研究移相SPWPM和解结耦控制策略,详细分析两种控制方式的工作原理和开关状态的切换规律,最后通过仿真实验对比两种控制方式,总结每种控制方式的应用场合及其各自的优缺点。Single-phase high-frequency chain matrix inverters are mainly composed of DC power supply,highfrequency inverters,high-frequency transformers,matrix converters and output filters. Aiming at the problem of converter resistance-inductance load commutation,the phase-shifted SPWPM and decoupling control strategy are studied in combination with the topology of full-bridge circuit. The working principle of the two control modes and the switching law of switching state are analyzed in detail. Finally,the application occasions and advantages and disadvantages of each control mode are summarized by comparing the two control modes through simulation experiments.
