摘　　要：目的总结麦默通微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤在日间手术中顺利开展的围手术期护理经验。方法方便选取该院2017年1月—2018年3月519例患者开展麦默通微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤(日间手术)的护理干预进行回顾性分析。结果均完成微创旋切术,无1例中转开放;手术时间5～41 min,平均(7.3±1.1)min,术中出血0.5～3.5mL,平均(0.7±0.3)mL。无1例出现切口感染;8例出现皮肤瘀斑,3例出现血肿,10例出现轻微乳房局部凹陷。术后病理诊断乳腺纤维腺瘤422例、乳腺囊肿87例、乳腺腺病10例。复查乳腺超声未见复发。结论对患者进行全面、全程的围手术期专科护理干预,能有效提高患者战胜疾病的自信心,促进患者有效学会自我观察及预防术后并发症,保障患者的康复,具有实用性,值得在日间手术推广。Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of Mammoto's minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of benign breast tumors during day surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the nursing intervention of 519 patients in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018, with Mammoto minimally invasive surgery for benign breast tumors (day surgery). Results All patients underwent minimally invasive atherectomy. No cases were converted to open. The operation time was 5~41 min, with an average of (7.3±1.1)min. The intraoperative blood loss was 0.5~3.5 mL with an average of (0.7±0.3)mL. No incision infection occurred;8 cases had skin ecchymosis, 3 cases had hematoma, and 10 cases had slight breast partial depression. Postoperative pathological diagnosis of 422 cases of breast fibroadenoma, 87 cases of breast cysts, 10 cases of breast adenosis. There was no recurrence in the breast ultrasound. Conclusion Comprehensive and full-scale perioperative specialist nursing intervention for patients can effectively improve the patient's self-confidence to overcome the disease, promote patients to effectively learn self-observation and prevent postoperative complications, and ensure the rehabilitation of patients. It is practical and worthwhile promotion during day surgery.
