摘  要:本系统基于STM32F103RCT6为主控制器,对电锅炉的液位、压强和温度进行实时检测。通过PID算法对电锅炉进行实时温度控制,使温度保持在设定值。通过WiFi模块ESP8266使下位机与上位机进行通信,实现远程数据采集、实时显示和阈值报警。实验结果表明,本系统稳定、可靠、操作性简单,能够满足电锅炉的恒温控制需求。Used to detect the liquid level, pressure and temperABSTRACT: The system is based on STM32F103RCT6 as the main controller. It can be ature of the electric boiler in real-time. The PID algorithm is used to control the electric boiler in real time to keep the temperature at the set value. Through the WiFi module ESP8266, the lower computer communicates with the upper computer to realize remote data acquisition, real-time display and threshold alarm. The experimental results show that the system is stable, reliable, and simple to operate. It can meet the constant temperature control needs of electric boilers.
