摘 要:为了解屠宰场非洲猪瘟病毒(ASFV)污染情况,评估其潜在传播风险,2018年10月,在湖南省86个屠宰场采集样品895份,使用荧光PCR方法进行ASFV核酸检测。结果显示,11个屠宰场的43份样品呈ASFV核酸阳性,场阳性率为12.8%,样品阳性率为4.8%。调查分析表明,ASFV阳性屠宰场与是否屠宰过来自疫点的生猪及场内环境、工具、车辆的消毒情况相关。调查提示,屠宰场应继续加大ASFV自检力度,政府和主管部门需继续加强检疫监管,以降低ASF扩散风险。In order to recognize the infection of African swine fever virus(ASFV)in slaughterhouses and to assess its potential transmission risk,895 samples were collected from 86 slaughterhouses in Hunan Province in October 2018 to detect nucleic acid of ASFV by real-time PCR. The results showed that 43 samples collected from 11 slaughterhouses were ASFV positive,and the positive rate of slaughterhouses and samples was 12.8% and 4.8% respectively. Based on relevant investigation and analysis,it was concluded that slaughterhouses with positive ASFV depended on the disinfection situation of environment,tools and vehicles in the field as well as on whether slaughtering pigs from the infected areas. In addition,it was suggested that self-inspection for ASFV should be strengthened by slaughterhouses, and supervision over inspection and quarantine should be enhanced by local government and authorities,so as to reduce relevant risk of spreading.
