摘　　要：药用植物种苗生产技术是一门具有较强实践性的应用型课程.分析了药用植物种苗生产技术课程实验教学现状,提出了以能力为导向进行课程教学改革.实验教学以生产项目为载体,实施承包责任制,依据岗位能力需要整合教学内容;注重创新教学方法,采取教师评价为主、学生适度参与评价的多元化评价机制,从而培养学生的岗位核心能力,实现教学与产业的无缝对接.Seedling production technology of medicinal plants is an applied course with strong practicality. Analyzing the current situation of experimental teaching of the course, the paper proposes the competence-oriented teaching reform. Taking the production project as the carrier, the experimental teaching implements the contract-responsibility system, integrating the teaching content according to the needs of post competence. Focusing on the innovation of teaching methods, the course adopts diversified evaluation mechanism combined with teachers′ evaluation as the main part as well as students′ moderate participation in the final evaluation in order to cultivate students′ core professional skills for their future employment and realize the seamless connection between teaching and industry.
