摘　　要：目的对比小鼠局部淋巴结法(local lymph node assay,LLNA)的5-溴脱氧尿嘧啶核苷-酶联免疫吸附(LLNA:BrdUELISA)和LLNA:ATP检测法(LLNA:Daicel,LLNA:DA)检测染发剂致敏性的能力。方法以2,4二硝基氯苯为阳性对照,按照OECD442(A)和OECD442(B)标准方法,对市售15种品牌染发剂进行致敏性检测。结果 15个受试物经LLNA:BrdU-ELISA检测,有3个受试物具有致敏性,经LLNA:DA法检测均具有致敏性。结论 LLNA:DA法检测染发剂致敏性的灵敏度明显高于LLNA:BrdU-ELISA法,值得深入探讨研究。Objective To compare the ability to assess the skin sensitization of hair dyes of LLNA: BrdU-ELISA assay and LLNA: DA assay. Methods According to OECD442(A) and OECD442(B) standard methods, 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene was used as the positive control to detect sensitization of fifteen hair dyes. Results Three kinds of hair dyes had sensitization determined by LLNA:BrdU-ELISA assay, but all of hair dyes had sensitization determined by LLNA: DA asay. Conclusion The sensitivity of LLNA: DA assay for evaluation of sensitization of hair dyes is higher than that of LLNA: BrdU-ELISA assay.
