摘  要:马尔代夫中马友谊大桥是“一带一路”重点工程,主桥为六跨叠合混合梁V形墩刚构桥。为了确保大桥100年设计使用寿命,调研了马尔代夫既有建筑结构的腐蚀现状,分析了项目所处环境的腐蚀介质,对混凝土结构及钢结构所处腐蚀环境及类型进行了划分。确定了混凝土结构采用海工高性能混凝土和适当增加混凝土保护层厚度的基本防腐措施,并针对不同结构部位增加附加防腐措施;钢结构采用重防腐体系的耐久性设计原则。腐蚀重点关注的构件布置了阳极梯系统。对桥梁混凝土构件的耐久性进行监测与评估,并针对相应腐蚀情况提出防护措施,确保大桥耐久性满足全寿命期要求。The China-Maldives Friendship Bridge in Maldives is a key project under the Belt and Road Initiative. The main bridge is a six-span composite girder and hybrid girder rigid-frame bridge with V-shaped piers. To ensure the 100 years of design life of the bridge, the corrosion condition of the existing buildings in Maldives was examined, and the corrosive media existing in the surrounding environment of the project were analyzed. Efforts were also made to differentiate corrosive environment and corrosion types in the places where the concrete structures and steel structures are located. The basic anti-corrosion measures, like using the marine high-performance concrete and properly increasing the thickness of the concrete cover, were taken for the concrete structures. Extra corrosion precautions were also taken in accordance with the characteristics of different locations. The steel structures were designed following the durability design principle of heavy corrosion system. Anode-ladder system was installed to the components that are vulnerable to corrosion and should be given enough concern. The durability of the bridge concrete components was monitored and evaluated. Protection measures were proposed according to the relative corrosion condition, to ensure that the durability of the bridge meets the life-cycle requirements.
